• Completed Registration Admission & Health Form & School Policies.
• Registration Form Fee Rp 200.000/form.
• Entrance Test Fee Rp 750.000/per student.
• 4 (four) recent photographs. size 4 x 6 cm with red background and student must wear white shirt.
• Photocopy of Official School records of the child in the previous/last school, he/she attended.
• 1 (one) copy of the student's birth certificate and the original for verification.

• 1 (one) copy of parent's /guardian's Identification Card and the original for verification.
• Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, games, music, art and craft, etc) to enhance the child's abilities.
• 1 (one) copy of Family Card and the original for verification (Kartu Keluarga).

• 1 (one) copy of parent's & student's current passport and the original for verification.
• 1 (one) copy of parent's & student's KITAS and the original for verification.
